MAINTAIN

The floor is first cleaned with an approved agent for the type of floor.  Scuffmarks and such are removed.  The floor is then dried.  Once the floor is dry, a finish is put on the floor with a buffer, which will bring back the shine in your floor.

This should be done on a regular basis.

REFINISH

The process that we use to re-do your wooden floors does not involve sanding! This means that it will not create the mess that sanding does.  The finish that is applied is water-based so there are no toxic fumes. 

The best part is that you can move back into your room, the next day! And it will save you up to 50% from the traditional sanding procedures.
